The Company
CareData Solutions Corporation™ is a software and services firm that offers a complete interoperable Electronic Health Management system. It links patients, doctors and other care providers, health insurance companies and other payers such as self-insured employers, and pharmacies together in a web-based solution. Our mission is to use our technology to bridge the gap between these members of the healthcare community to reduce medical errors and costs and improve the overall quality of healthcare administration and wellness by driving proactive health and disease management throughout the United States.
The CareData Solution™
The CareData™ technology was first introduced in 1991 as an advanced patient tracking and follow-up program to reduce medical liability and costs associated with patient follow-up. Today, The CareData Solution is a true Electronic Health Management solution, which has capabilities beyond a standard electronic medical record.
The CareData Solution is a set of integrated on-line systems that include:
- A CCHIT-Certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) for securely recording and storing patient medical records for practices and practitioners, including medication (ePrescribing). CCHIT - the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology - is the certification body for electronic health records and their networks accepted by leading medical professional organizations throughout the United States.
- An Integrated Practice Management application that facilitates patient scheduling, billing, claims eligibility and claims clearinghouse activities including scrubbing for accuracy, submission, and tracking through payment.
- Advanced Patient Tracking & Follow-up automates the patient follow-up process. It is designed to serve as the cornerstone of hospital risk management programs. It is particularly valuable in OB/GYN environments.
- A Personal Health Record (PHR) that interoperates with individual EHRs, and creates a full longitudinal health record consolidating information from all providers, as well as allowing the patient to interact with the record.
- A Wireless Disease Management Solution that uses passive device monitoring technology to connect physicians and patients through the PHR to instantly deliver information and actively support compliance on current disease conditions through mobile phones and other hand-held devices.
